1,000 seat theatre was possible and casting aside the developer's commissioned report that dismissed the idea saying it was incorrect to conclude the theatre wouldn’t be approved under present standards, saying size of the aisles, spacing of seat rows would all pass, and requirements like sprinklers could be retro-fitted.
